Initial questions for first round (to see if you're SUITE material)

1. Normal stats:
   full name
   hair color
   eye color
   height
   weight
   birthday (month and day)
   age category (20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, etc)
   and occupation
2. The person you admire the most and why?
3. Pet peeves (top 3).
4. What are your ambitions?
5. List your top 3 favorite books.
6. 5 places you’d like to visit and why.
7. Finish this sentence -- If I had more time I would…
8. To you, who is the sexiest woman alive and why?
9. Your all time favorite movie and why?
10. What is in your refrigerator right now?
11. What, to you, is romance?
12. What are your spare time activities?
13. Have you ever stolen a traffic sign?
14. What do you do most often when you're bored?
15. What is the sexiest part of a woman, to you?
16. Give us a brief synopsis of what you do for a living, what are some of your hobbies, interests, etc. We need to know some background information for the next set of questions.

Some things to keep in mind for your photos: we are looking for a feel. Use shadows, lighting, and props to hide your *package* as no full Montys will be allowed for this part.
