Thunder from Down Under
by Tamara McHatton & Evan Scott
In SUITE's ever-increasing quest to bring you the best and the brightest Knights out there, we contacted the promotions department of another male revue, Thunder from Down Under. If you've never heard of them, then let me tell you this…they're gorgeous, they're built, they're gloriously bronzed, and their accents…OMG…to die for! In personal telephone interviews, SUITE got to know these Aussie gods, and fall in love with them, from their serious side to their humorous side, they kept us on our toes the entire time, and these blokes are steamy, playful, and exciting, as you will see.
Australia's Thunder From Down Under's energy and showmanship has created a synergetic connection with more than four million women worldwide. The handsome Aussies stormed across the moat at the Excalibur, one of the world's largest hotels, in July 2002 and made the castle on the famous Las Vegas Strip their 'home away from home' for an indefinite engagement. For 15 years, millions of women have flocked to see Thunder wherever they are appearing and that includes venues in more than 15 countries including Russia, England, Canada, South Africa, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, Taiwan, and the United States. Now in its seventh production, Thunder is creating a heat wave in the Nevada desert. Due to the overwhelming demand for more, there is a second Thunder From Down Under troupe touring internationally.
Dynamic dance routines, colorful costumes, state-of-the-art lighting, hilarious humor, and hard bodies make the Thunder experience like no other male revue show in the world. It's the Thunder touch that has intrigued ladies around the globe and created a devoted fan base.
Their sizzle is one of the reasons Thunder Down Under has become an international phenomenon and performed to sell out crowds since its inception. Their impressive physical shape and great personalities have made Thunder a favorite as guests for television appearances that include the Roseanne Show, Sally Jessie Raphael, CNN, Hard Copy, Leeza Gibbons, Donohue, Entertainment Tonight, and Hollywood Squares. Most recently, they appeared on The Surreal Life 3 on VH1 and the 2004 World Music Awards on ABC.
Here now, is the first of four interviews SUITE did with the Aussies of Thunder (see the Rogues Gallery for Matthew Fardell):
Craig Stott - A champion gymnast who has been involved in gymnastics since he was four-years-old, Craig is a happy-go-lucky Pisces who is genuine and thinks a person is never to old to learn. Someone who is light-hearted and likes to joke, Craig is serious when he affirms that family and friends should be kept close at all times, because that is what matters in the world.
Tamara: You very much interest me because I noticed you teach gymnastics to children.
Craig: Yes, that's right.
Tamara: How did you get into gymnastics?
Craig: I don't really remember because I was about four years old…I think…this is my first recollection of it. I was in kindergarten at school and I took gymnastics once a week and after a while mum put me in gymnastics and it fell in place. From there it just more >>
